Samhain, Rotterdam and Sights

I held my private Samhain ritual a few days ago. Another eye opener of an experience to add to the penumbra. I went down to the river in the dead of the night, sitting under one of the many large Willow trees there, saying my things, doing my stuff, and watching the dead pass by on the opposite bank.

Next week, I’m off to Rotterdam on a business trip. I plan to catch up with Torc there (check out his blog under the Blogroll). Hopefully, I’ll be flying back on the Friday, back home to a brand-spanking you 2mbp/s broadband connection. As I’m suffering dial-up at the moment, due to the previous connection finally getting cut by BT, one month overdue.

Found in last weeks archery practise, that my vision is a little skewed with a modern recurve-bow. I need to pad my bow’s sight out further to account for this, as tilting my head to the left to counter-act the fault will prove to be painful and ungainly.
