First Duel on sLaughterhouse
I was hanging around last night after getting back from a friend’s house. Whilst waiting for ScanmaN to update his new Quake IV install, I stumbled unto Parrais! He’s now back in touch :D
ScanmaN finally patched up, and I was ready to rock…
We hooked up on TeamSpeak, and in we went. First level was Phrantic… First time for both of us on this level, and ScanmaN trounced me!
Then it was the Fragging Yard. This time a level I’m farely familiar with. It’s not good enough for ScanmaN’s survival instincts. Although he did learn that rockets can pass through teleporters as well… After he chased me through one, and felt a rocket pass back through it :)
And the last was on Retrophobopolis. I’ll upload the screenshot later (I don’t have it to hand). A very nostalgic level with some slight differences. Duelling against ScanmanN on this level got me thinking in a more ‘3d’ sense. Looking down from ledges and up into the alcoves.

Yeah that was a blast and I’m looking forward to getting a few more of the TG guys on for a frantic DM just like the old days!
Looks like Anthrax/MasterTC might be up for some tonight :)
