The TeeGee / Terminal Gibbage clan home page that resided at http://teegee.yibble.org/ is now no more, but I have imported all of the content in to this blog, and set up a ServerAlias to re-direct any stragglers here.
I’ve done this because the site had not seen any usage for a long period of time, and was not justifying the additional Wordpress installation, yet, I didn’t want to let it disappear either.
The TeeGee’rs will be pleased the hear that the sLaughterhouse game server is now running as an unranked Enemy Territory: Quake Wars server. It’s currently open only to clan members, but will shortly also open to the public! Status of the server, and the fund can be found at the TeeGee blog.
The awesome S-Space of the sLaughterhouse is being felt throughout the world, as it’s returned to keep us warm until ETQW. It’s currently hosting Quake III: Arena (baseq3) and is open for abuse.
It’s a ten slot public server (no password required), with three reserved spaces for TeeGee if it gets a wee bit full.
Yup, after receiving a donation for a months running costs from X-Blade, the server is up for the foreseeable future. No stats are being stored as yet, after all, it’s in Warm-Up mode.
The IP and port are: 213.200.95.48:27971
Also included with the server is a ten slot TeamSpeak2 server. The hostname and port are: voice2.fps.net:9012
Passwords have been sent to the TeeGee Googlegroup.
Who’s in?
Just to follow up on the post I made to the TeeGee mailing list. I’m letting the subscription lapse for the sLaughterhouse, temporarily. To my knowledge, it’s not see one game in the past two months. The service will most likely come back as an ET:QW server in a couple of months time.
This was a request from Paz, and I’ve got to say, what another fine example of TeeGee in action. This one is from the fourth season of UKCL, division three. TeeGee versus Force9. The match was played on ukcldm2, and the final score was… Wait for it: 334 - 62, in TeeGee’s favour :D
