She replies "about a million to one" To which he responds, "I see what you're saying... you're saying I've got a chance!" That, I think, perfectly sums up the aspirations of those seeking E.T. despite these facts which you have quoted staring them in the face. How's that - using a Jim Carey example in a somewhat intellectual debate!
